We collect information you submit to the waitlist or checkout, including your name, email, phone number, shipping address, box choice, skincare preferences, delivery notes and order status.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details inside secure embedded Elements. Open for Glow does not receive or store full card numbers. We receive payment status, transaction references and limited payment-method information needed to manage orders and refunds.

Service providers
Stripe supports payments and Airtable supports order operations. Other providers may be added for delivery, email and analytics before launch. Their access is limited to the information needed to provide their service.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Statutory records may need to be retained for the period required by law.
