Where we ship
Launch checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in Greece. We may add Cyprus and other destinations after confirming costs, product labelling and delivery times.
Delivery prices
- BOX NOW locker: €2.20 for orders below €50.
- Home delivery: €3.90 for orders below €50.
- Delivery is free when the product total is €50 or more.
The delivery method and final total are shown before payment. BOX NOW locker assignments are confirmed manually before dispatch.
Preorder dispatch
The exact first-drop dispatch window will be shown on the product page, at checkout and in the confirmation email before live payments are enabled. Customers will be notified if that estimate changes materially.
Returns and withdrawal
Distance-selling customers generally have a statutory withdrawal period. Cosmetics supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from return after the seal has been opened. Products should be kept sealed, unused and in their original condition if you intend to request a return.
Damaged or incorrect products
Photograph the parcel, shipping label and affected products as soon as possible. We will review damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect items and provide the appropriate replacement or remedy.
