The products
Open for Glow sells curated mystery boxes containing original, individually packaged K-beauty products. The exact products vary. Each product remains in its manufacturer packaging and must be used according to its label.
Mystery and personalisation
The Discovery Box contains five products and does not use a skin-type quiz. The Full Routine contains eight products and uses the preferences submitted at checkout. Personalisation is curation, not medical advice or a guarantee that every product will suit every person.
Preorders
A preorder reserves products for a future dispatch window. The estimated dispatch date and any material conditions must be displayed before live payment. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not removed by the preorder label.
Golden Boxes
A small number of eligible launch orders may receive an upgraded product mix at no extra charge. The number, allocation method and promotional wording will be published before the promotion opens. Every standard box follows the advertised product-count and curation promise.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Stripe securely processes card and wallet payments on this website.
Safe use
Patch-test new skincare, follow each label and stop use if irritation occurs. Seek qualified medical advice for persistent reactions or conditions. Product ingredients and warnings on the manufacturer label take priority over editorial descriptions.
